How much Maca Powder should I use?
Maca powder can be taken on its own, or in combination with other supplements such as diatomaceous earth. If you use loose powder, we suggest starting with 1 teaspoon per day and working up to a maximum dose of 3-6 teaspoons. It’s good to take a break of 1 – 2 weeks every 6 months or so.
How do I consume it?
Try blending Maca powder into your smoothie, adding it to your porridge or vegetable soup. It goes great with Cacao Powder. Maca is sensitive to light, oxygen and humidity so keep it stored in a cool, dry cupboard.
