Usage Recommendation:

How much Hemp Powder should I use?
A serving to boost your protein intake is about 4 tablespoons (approx. 30 grams). Men should consume about 0.45 grams of protein per pound that they weigh, and women 0.35 grams of protein per pound. Don’t forget to take into account the protein you are getting from other food.

Am I taking too much protein?
