Keto Smoothie with Avocado, Chia & Cacao
Ingredients:
1 to 1.25 cups full fat coconut milk
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (soaked for ten minutes in 3 tablespoons of water)
1 tablespoon of nut butter (your favourite)
2 teaspoons cacao nibs or cacao powder
½ avocado
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Ice (optional)
Method:
Blend all ingredients until well combined, add a little water if necessary. Top your smoothie with cacao nibs and/or cinnamon.

Our suppliers source all of the organic cacao beans from agro-forested farms and not from farms that practice mono-cropping. Mono-culture (single crop farming) has a higher incidence of pesticide use even when organically certified.
They do pesticide testing at source and when purchasing beans, they are 100% traceable back to a particular farm or area within a cooperative.
Once the cacao has been processed into nibs, it undergoes a second round of randomized testing for heavy metals & pesticides. Only once these tests are passed does the product ship for distribution.
