Drinking a smoothie is such a delicious way to include Diatomaceous Earth in your daily routine. First thing in the morning or as an energy boosting snack during the day just add 1 tsp of Food Grade DE to your favourite smoothie.
Here is one of our favourite Plum Recipes.
Plum and Beetroot Smoothie
- 1 small Beetroot, peeled and chopped
- 2 Plums, stone removed
- 8 ounces Blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chopped Mint
- 240 mls of Apple juice or try Almond Milk as an amazing alternative
Blend apple juice or almond milk and beetroot for 1o seconds first. Add banana, plums and blueberries and blend for 10 seconds. Finally add the Diatomaceous Earth and mint and blend for 5 seconds.
