RECIPES – serves one (double it for two servings)
Chocolate Chia Seed Overnight Pudding
1 and a 1/4 cup of plant based milk – of your choice
3 and a 1/2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
2 tablespoons Cacao Powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Pinch of salt
2 teaspoons unsweetened coconut flakes for topping
Fresh berries for topping
METHOD:
Add all ingredients except berries and coconut flakes to a mason jar and thoroughly mix together.
Place the lid on the jar and store overnight in the refrigerator.
Good morning breakfast! When ready to eat add berries, coconut flakes and more maple syrup if desired to taste.

CACAO SHAKE – serves one (double it for two servings)
1 cup Almond or Cashew milk
2-3 tablespoons of Cacao Powder, depending on how rich you like it
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup
3-4 ice cubes
Sprinkle of cinnamon for topping
METHOD:
Place all ingredients except ice cubes and cinnamon in a blender and blend until very smooth. Add ice and blend again.
Pour into a glass, cup or wine glass and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Cacao powder comes in two bag sizes, 500g and 1kg
