HOW TO USE
These fellas are so versatile you can easily add them to a variety of dishes including your breakfast cereal, oatmeal, muesli or yoghurt. Also add it to salads, smoothies and your baking.
RECIPE
Chia Pudding
We love this dessert and think you will too. Delicious and so quick and easy to make.
2 cups of Almond milk or milk of your choice
1 tablespoon Agave or sweetener of your choice
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon if desired
2/3 cup chia seeds
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Soak chia seeds in the milk. Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Stir with a fork to break up any lumps and let rest for another 10 minutes.
Add Agave and Vanilla and stir in until all blended.
Mixture will firm up overnight in the fridge.
Store in a tupperware or glass container/jar in the fridge for several days.
Tip
Toss in berries, add a dash of maple syrup or extract, use coconut water from a coconut, add Cacao Powder to taste.
