Orders can be placed anytime on this website and will be processed during our normal business hours 9.30am-17:30pm Monday to Wednesday and 9.30am-13:00 Thursday. By entering your personal details on our site including payment information and submitting your order you are making an offer to purchase chosen products. This will become a binding contract once accepted by us. You also authorize Diatomaceous Earth Ireland to charge your card for full payment. We do not store card details and all goods are the property of Diatomaceous Earth Ireland until payment in full has been received.

We accept no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage arising as a consequence of delayed delivery or non-delivery of orders.

Customers may post reviews, and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of “spam”. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead any person(s) as to the origin or other content. By using/submitting a’Review’ you are hereby consenting to receiving invitations to review your order(s). We reserve the right to publish onto our website any review received .   The types of reviews that we don’t allow and will remove are:

Any review(s) that is abusive, offensive, deceptive, threatening, harassing, hateful or cause annoyance or needless anxiety to any person. Multiple negative reviews for the same product from one customer.

We accept no liability for inaccurate reviews and no liability for reliance of reviews.
