Recipe for Apple and Kale Power Smoothie

This recipe is a great way to add Diatomaceous Earth to your daily food intake is to make Smoothies – just add your Diatomaceous Earth to boost your daily nutrition.

First thing in the morning or whenever you fancy a burst of energy during the day why not add your daily Food Grade DE to your favourite smoothie.

An Apple and Kale Power Smoothie


  • 1  Apple … core and chop
  • 1  medium stalk of Kale or 2 small
  • 1  medium cucumber
  • 1  thumbnail piece of Ginger … peel and chop
  • 1  tsp of Diatomaceous Earth
  • 2  mint leaves


Blend apple and cucumber together 10 seconds then add ginger and Kale for another 10 seconds. Finally add the Diatomaceous Earth and mint for a final 10 seconds or until your preferred smoothness is achieved. If needed add a splash of water or apple juice.
