First thing in the morning or whenever you fancy a burst of energy during the day why not add your daily Food Grade DE to your favourite smoothie.

An Apple and Kale Power Smoothie
- 1 Apple … core and chop
- 1 medium stalk of Kale or 2 small
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 thumbnail piece of Ginger … peel and chop
- 1 tsp of Diatomaceous Earth
- 2 mint leaves
Blend apple and cucumber together 10 seconds then add ginger and Kale for another 10 seconds. Finally add the Diatomaceous Earth and mint for a final 10 seconds or until your preferred smoothness is achieved. If needed add a splash of water or apple juice.
