HOW MUCH MACA POWDER SHOULD I TAKE?
Maca powder can be taken on its own, or in combination with other supplements such as diatomaceous earth. If you use loose powder, we suggest starting with 1 teaspoon per day and working up to a maximum dose of 3-6 teaspoons. It’s good to take a break of 1 – 2 weeks every 6 months or so.
HOW DO I TAKE IT?
Try blending Maca powder into your smoothie, adding it to your porridge or vegetable soup. Maca is senstive to light, oxygen and humidity so keep it stored in a cool, dry cupboard.
